Administration is now focused on the major issues which continue to
separate us. Having begun in mid May, we have had the opportunity to
discuss and in some cases resolve several important issues.
As we enter the final phase of
bargaining, it is utmost important that you are knowledgeable of the
issues and positions both sides are taking. Often not stated but just as

the right to add to or modify these proposals.Unless
modified by this document, theUnionproposesno
changes tothe current
Collective Bargaining Agreement dated July 1, 2009-June 30, 2010.Except,theUnionreservesthe
right to submit additional proposals after receipt of information
requested.
Wages
5% across the board increase for all
bargaining unit members each year of collective bargaining agreement. 5%
increase in the minimum and maximum rates for all bargaining unit
classifications each year of the collective bargaining agreement.
Equity/Market Review
The Hospital will perform an internal
Equity/Market review of employeesin
the Job Classifications/Departments
listedbelow.
The
Hospital will provide theUnionwith
the results of these reviews no later than April 1, 2011.
